The Asian Federation for Pharmaceutical Sciences (AFPS) Conference is a biennial pharmaceutical science meeting since 2007. Chinese Pharmaceutical Association successfully co-hosted the AFPS Conference together with AFPS in November 21st to 23rd, 2017 in Xia men, Fujian, China.
The theme of the Conference was "Integration, Improvement and Innovation toward Targeted Drug Discovery". It provided a wonderful opportunity for multi-disciplinary researchers from academia, pharmaceutical industry, research institutions, and regulatory organizations to present and discuss their latest research achievements with emphasis on basic researches, innovative targeted drug discovery and drug clinical applications.
The topics of the conference covered various issues such as Leads Discovery, Modification, Optimization, Mechanism of Small Molecular Drugs, Natural Products and Traditional Medicines, Innovative Drug Formulation and Delivery System, Drug Quality Control, Pharmaceutical and Biomedical analysis, Classical Pharmacology, Mechanism and Novel Target Study of biological drugs, ect.
More than 600 domestic and foreign representatives attended this conference.
